  • The earlier, the better. For weddings and larger events, we recommend reaching out at least 9–12 months in advance. However, we’re always happy to explore shorter timelines depending on availability.

  • Yes. While OREA is based in South Florida, we also plan destination events, including weddings in France. Get in touch to tell us where you’re thinking, and we can discuss what’s possible.

  • We’ll review your details and get back to you within 2–3 business days. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll arrange an introductory call to learn more about your event, priorities, and the support you need.
