About Orea
For the last decade, that belief has shaped every event I've planned, first in France, and now in South Florida.
I've always believed a gathering is about how people feel.
Meet Julie
I grew up near Versailles in France, where I learned early that how you make people feel is what they carry with them. Hospitality has been part of my life ever since, and for the past ten years, both my work and my passion.
That work has taken many shapes. I've planned weddings and events at Domaine des Etangs, Auberge Collection, a five-star hotel in France, coordinated large corporate events and led the teams behind them, and looked after private celebrations of every kind. I later founded my own wedding planning company, where I guided couples from the day they hired me to the final send-off.
Across all of it, one thing kept proving true. People rarely remember the timeline, or the seating chart, or the dozen things that could have gone wrong and didn't. They remember how they felt, and who they were beside.
That's the thread through everything I do. The planning, the logistics, the endless details - they're all in service of one thing. Making sure the people in the room are free to simply be there.
Where Orea Began
Orea begins with a single letter. O, for Ophélie, my late aunt.
She's no longer with us, but her presence still runs through our family's story. It was through her, and through my grandparents, who have called the United States home for more than twenty-five years, that I first came to know Florida. What started as childhood visits became something deeper over time. A place full of memory and tradition, and eventually the dream of building a life and a business of my own here.
I believe that a single meaningful connection can change the course of a life. Without my aunt, I might never have found Florida. Without Florida, there would be no Orea. Like a ripple moving outward from one small point, one relationship touched everything that came after.
It's the same with the gatherings I plan. The right people in one room set something in motion that lasts far beyond the event. That, to me, is what Orea means. A tribute to family, to connection, and to the way that bringing people together can shape a life.
Calm guidance, from beginning to end
Once we begin, I become your single point of contact and the calm in the middle of it all. I bring clarity to the big decisions, anticipate the details before they become problems, and stay personally invested at every step, because your celebration is never just another event to me.
My role is to build the structure and the ease that lets you enjoy your own celebration, stay fully present, and feel cared for from beginning to end.

Every gathering begins with a conversation
You've heard my story. Now I'd love to hear yours, and the celebration you have in mind. There's no pressure and no pitch, just the two of us talking it through to see if we're the right fit for each other.
