Thoughtfully planned. Beautifully executed.

Deeply remembered.

Weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events across South Florida. Every detail anticipated, nothing left for you to carry.

HOSPITALITY-LED SOUTH FLORIDA EVENT PLANNER

People enjoying drinks and conversation at an outdoor seaside gathering during sunset.

You know the gathering you want. You can probably already picture it. The people in the room, the ease of it, the way it's supposed to feel. What you'd rather not carry is everything standing between you and that moment. The year of logistics. The vendor emails. The hundreds of small decisions, and the worry that one of them will slip.

That's the part I carry, so you don't have to.

For the last decade, I've planned weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events, less like an event planner and more like a host. That means anticipating what you'll need before you even ask, and handling the details you'd never want to think about in the first place.

And when the day comes, there's nothing left for you to do but be present. To sit among the people you love, fully in the moment. Long after the last of them has gone home, that feeling is what stays.

You bring the people. I'll carry everything else.

How it feels comes first.

Think about the celebrations you still remember. Odds are it isn't the flowers you picture, or the color of the linens. It's how the room felt. The conversations that ran too long, in the best way. The sense that everyone, you included, was completely taken care of.

Most planning begins with how a day will look. Mine begins with how it will feel, because that's the part you keep. Beautiful matters, of course. But no one carries home a color palette. What stays with you is the feeling, and the people you shared it with. A souvenir, not a project.

From the very first conversation, that's what I'm planning for. Not the photograph, but the feeling that outlasts it. Every detail, every decision, follows from that.

The moment lives on. The feeling stays.

You won't find décor packages or event design trends here, and that's on purpose. Those belong to the florists, designers, and stylists who do them beautifully, and part of my work is knowing exactly who those people are, and which venues are worth your time.

What I do is bring them together and take care of the vendor management, making sure each one can do their finest work for you, on time and in line with one another. You'll have one person to talk to instead of ten. One person keeping track of every contract, every timeline, every vendor, and every small thing that would otherwise land on your plate.

You're never the one chasing an answer, or holding it all together in your head. That part is mine to hold. You get to enjoy the people you've gathered, while everything behind the scenes moves exactly as it should.

It begins with a single conversation.

It starts with a call, usually within a day of initial contact. From there comes the consultation, the planning, the event itself, and a goodbye that isn't really a goodbye. At every step you'll know where things stand, and you'll never once have to chase them.
